  Account – The top-level container for managing analytics properties. Property – A specific website or app being tracked. View (UA) – A filtered perspective of data in Universal Analytics. Stream (GA4) – Data source from a website or app in GA4. User – A unique visitor to your site or app. New User – A visitor who interacts for the first time. Returning User – A visitor who has visited before. Session – A group of user interactions within a time frame. Session Duration – Total time a user spends in a session. Bounce Rate – Percentage of single-page sessions with no interaction. Engaged Session (GA4) – A session lasting >10 seconds or with conversion/pageviews.
